Been here one year. We are from Fremont California. Taking a little to get used to the summers. Developer has an excellent plan. Lots of green space. We are in the Summer House homes by Van Dealer and I have found them to be an excellent contractor. Hard water here so you should budget for a water filtering system . All in all we could never come close to affording a home like this in Fremont.
I think it’s a great and upcoming development for all types f families. I’m moving in my home at tidewater in two weeks . Can’t wait for my final walk through next week☺️☺️☺️

Been here a year just got our first tax surprise. $6.5k for property tax and river island taxes. There should be at least a swimming area for the community with these taxes.
