RecommendedThey sure paint a pretty picture and all, but I'm looking for insight about things like the potential hike up, and up, and up with the property taxes, the lack of decent market shopping (one farmers market and everything else is Target/Walmart? yeesh) and the ABYSMAL crime rate in the area, not even mentioning Stockton ten minutes up the road which is second only to Oakland in the state for crime.
