We visited the community last weekend and really loved it! We're thinking of buying a house for the two of us but we cannot move in until our son starts College in one or two years. We were told that this is an owners-only community and you have to live there after purchasing the house. Does anyone knows if visiting the property regularly until we're able to move in counts as owner-occupied? Any similar experience? We don't want to break any rule but at the same time I know we'll regret if we let pass this great opportunity.
