My kids go to the River Island school. It’s a great place for my kids because the staff are very attentive and genuinely care for their students. We visited the community last weekend and really loved it! We're thinking of buying a house for the two of us but we cannot move in until our son starts College in one or two years. We were told that this is an owners-only community and you have to live there after purchasing the house. Does anyone knows if visiting the property regularly until we're able to move in counts as owner-occupied? Any similar experience? We don't want to break any rule but at the same time I know we'll regret if we let pass this great opportunity.
