I know most people don't review the Lab techs but I definitely want to. Sam (for short) is 100% one of the sweetest, most caring people I have ever dealt with. She not only "knows how to stick" but she cares for you as a human being. I get anxious around needles; I always have, but she talks to you and makes you feel at peace. She takes your mind off the "stick". If only ALL doctors offices and hospitals could a have "A Sam" in their lab for blood draws and Lab visits, it would definitely be less stressful.
