Beth was absolutely wonderful! She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated how transparent she was throughout the entire process—she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The entire office was welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Beth and this dermatology office!
Owner Beth flipped out on me for calling her money hungry after asking for a refill and she denied me of it because I didnt show up for an appointment. Claiming she needs to do blood work due to guidelines. She has never since being a patient of hers taken my blood. I've had to have my primary monitor my kidneys because the medication she prescribed me the 1st time was affecting me and when I brought it to her attention she didnt order her own blood work. I showed up early for my appt. Waited 40 min past my appt time to be seen with no acknowledgement or apology at the time. In all fairness I was told later via message that they are/were short staffed. The P.A. was more concerned with my use of sunscreen than the reason I was there. Treated me like a child for most of the appt and left the room. Total appt time being seen was four minutes.
Have been seeing Beth for my skin care for several years now and happy to follow her to her new location! Office is very nice and staff have been very friendly! Extremely satisfied with the care I’ve received from Beth and highly recommend seeing her for your dermatology needs! Edit: Since I first started seeing this clinic, they’ve added a laser to their available services. I’m now using it for hair removal and I’m happy to see how quick the results are. Amazing staff! Very helpful and they listen to you. I had an absolutely amazing experience at RCDermatology Ada. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Beth PA was thorough, took the time to listen to all my concerns, and made me feel completely at ease. I finally feel like I have a clear plan for my skin. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch dermatological care!
