Very thorough and professional. James had my chimney and pellet stove cleaned in less than an hour and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend their services and will use them again, thanks!
Set up an appointment to have two chimneys cleaned and inspected. They did an excellent job with no mess. They also pointed out that the one in the basement which had been used with wood logs was only suppose to be used as a natural gas fire place. Others had missed that!!!

I highly recommend River City Chimney & Hearth. I called regarding a bird in my fireplace and the blower not working. I spoke with Ron over the phone and he sent out James and Josh. All of them had excellent customer service skills!! James and Josh got the bird out safely and alive might I add plus fixed the blower and cleaned the glass. If you have any fireplace issues I would definitely give them a call!! My experience was absolutely awesome thanks to Ron, James and Josh!!!
I'm sorry to give anyone a bad review, but these guys have really upset me. I used their inspection/cleaning service on Friday, November 6. Up to this point, I would have given them five stars. The receptionist was a very nice person and making the appointment was easy. The price was steep, but I didn't know any better at the time because I've never had a chimney service before.
