A couple of years ago, I asked them to come out to fix our gas fireplace. Instead they charged me hundreds of dollars to clean it (which I didn't ask for - I can do that myself). I was angry about that and declined for them to come back with a part for another expensive visit. RecommendedCustomer service was excellent. The technicians were very polite and friendly and provided great information! The work was done quickly and efficiently. Our fireplace looks brand new and we now know it is safe to use all winter long. We will definitely continue to use this company for our future fireplace needs!
We had a great experience with River City Chimney & Hearth. They were able to order replacement panels for our 28-year-old fireplace. Installation was smooth and professional, the work area was protected, and they cleaned up afterwards. They were spot on with the estimate for replacing the panels and cleaning the chimney, so no surprises there. They also gave us some great advice for maintaining our fireplace. We definitely recommend River City Chimney & Hearth. The guys were professional and great to work with.
We had an appointment set for Friday November 1st, they called on Thursday to say they had an install and needed to reschedule. We were rescheduled for Monday Nov 4th at 10:30 am. When I called at 10:45 to see if they were still coming I was told they were “finishing up in Omaha and would be here as soon as they could”. Recently had our fireplace serviced for the first time and River City was recommended. We’ll continue to use them. Friendly and knew what they were doing. They came and did exactly what was quoted to me over the phone and we are very pleased. Fireplace looks like new.
I just purchased a Pizza Oven for my GMG. OMGosh this thing rocks. Check out the friendly knowledgeable staff!
Charged us over $250 to clean an electric fireplace. Then told us they couldn't fix it and that we'd have to replace the entire unit for 7-10k Had another company out for a second opinion. Free inspection and full detailed quote all FREE. The detailed quote was for 6k. Definitely feel ripped off by River City. Would not recommend to anyone.
