My husband and I had a great time during the SUP Water Skills Class with Ross. It really made us appreciate the river from a different perspective. The boats were easy to stand up on and it was a great trip. Gabe scooped us up at the end and was waiting with cold drinks. Perfect! We highly recommend RRC.
Was visiting Charlottesville this past weekend, looking for some kayaking. Right in town, Rivanna River Co. surpassed all expectations. The owners were just fantastic people to work with, so accommodating. Bonus: great fun on the river!
Our trip with Rivanna River Co couldn't have been better! Gabe was an incredible guide, and Jack was his awesome co pilot! He taught, informed and gave plenty of time for us to quietly converse with the river as well. We were treated like royalty the entire trip! My friends and I saw great blue heron, osprey, king fishers and more, always in awe that we were in fact kayaking right through the middle of Charlottesville!
