Love It! I've been going to the Ritz for years and although they may seem a bit pricey, I'd rather pay the extra money to have it done right! I've never left there unhappy and my stylist does such an great job! I love that they go to seminars to keep up on new hair trends and my experience has always been a positive one!
Great Salon I have been going there for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. When I was unhappy about something small, I was told just to come back in (no extra charge). I pay well under for what I get that would be at least $150 if you went further south into Rochester or Royal Oak.
Great Place!! Very up beat atmosphere. The gals are very nice, friendly and courteous. They do fabulous cut and color. Prices are much less than what you would pay in high style salons in Oxford, Lake Orion, Rochester Hills or Clarkston. Sounds like the "Uneducated" complainer is just that and not likely someone that can be pleased under the best of circumstances. I pity the next salon she goes to. Don't pay any head to her comments. You won't be disappointed.
stuck up, and uneducated I called to make an appointment and although the person i spoke to seemed to be clueless, I decided to make an appointment. I went in and spent over a hundred dollars on highlights and lowlights. I left furious. It took over 2 1/2 hours for a simple procedure.The woman who did my hair was very gossipy and spoke about many people in Lapeer who were her clients. I found it to be extremely unprofessional. Trendy and Unique This is a very busy, trendy type hair salon. The prices are reasonable and the stylists are friendly and helpful. They are very busy so do not expect a walk in appointment. I enjoy the time spent there being pampered and am always pleased with the outcome.
Great all-in-one Salon The Ritz is currently located in s strip mall. The parking is less than desirable, but worth it for the service you get inside. They are currently building a new independent building behind the strip mall. They hope to have it opened in 2006. Inside you will find numerous stylists, nail techs, and even massage therapists. hair salon This is a very fast working hair salon. Pretty good prices but they do an excellent job on hair and nails as well as eye brows. I had my hair done here within 2 hours for my wedding and only spent $40 dollars.
