If it were possible to leave a lower review, I would. This has been the single worst service experience I have EVER had. ****** (the owner) starts off well enough until he is asked to actually complete the job. Then he is rude, ignores phone calls, makes excuses for why he can't complete what he said he could, and then demands payment for unfinished work. Stay away from this company at ALL COSTS.
Good ,honest folks over at Rite temp. I called with questions about my furnace in my new home and They walked me through my issue within 5 minutes over the phone instead of sending a tech out / charging me for a service call. I used them prior to the call and will continue to do so in the future. Great local company.
Carlos is the BEST! Every time he comes to my home, I know the problem will be fixed thoroughly!! He takes his time and even found other issues we didn't know about (all under warranty so not being charged for this). Great Service! Thank you Carlos. I highly recommend Rite Temp!
Mr. Carlos, from Rite Temp HVAC LLC was just like any other person servicing our home (average) but once we paid for his service and had some questions, he became very disrespectful and unprofessional. A few days later, we started having difficulties with the repair he did and told him to please come back to check/fix anything he might have overlooked, he just said he could come, but only to give us an estimate for a new service call. I communicated with rite temp for a problem with my furnace. immediately sent a technician who could solve the problem had part in his truck very professional and educated the technician.
