My mom fell and was yelling and whistling for hep to get up and called me on her phone in the car to come help her. She was laying in middle of store and know one was aware until I told them. Awful. She is visiting from out of town and we had to wait 2Days for each of her scripts to be refilled. If it weren’t for her liking the one in Erie, I would have her switch pharmacies.

This pharmacy is terrible. Every time I drop a prescription off to be filled for my son, they ask when I would like to pick it up. I say as soon as it’s ready. I dropped a prescription off today at 3:30, was informed it would be about 2 hours but I do get the texts when ready. STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CALL. I’m done with this pharmacy.
