RecommendedI am very grateful that Rite Aid is operating a drive through COVID testing site. However, it was very concerning to see one of the pharmacy employees who was working at the drive through window wearing his mask as a chin guard. PPE should be worn correctly in any situation, but *especially* while being exposed to large numbers of people and working with possibly COVID positive swabs and samples. Was at your store this morning and couldn’t remember the phone number I used to sign up for my account years ago. So I tried to sign up for a new one. Ridiculous that you don’t allow customers to sign up for a new account. Why offer discounts that are unattainable? On top of it, the cashier couldn’t have been any less helpful after watching me struggle through multiple different landlines and previous cell numbers. Holla at cvs who would’ve swiped the store card to keep a satisfied customer.
