Portion small for the money. Ordered delivery via DoorDash. NO SPOONS. ICE CREAM.
The workers were very friendly and when my card declined when I ordered a small they gave me a large and told me not to worry about it totally would come back
Let me preface this by saying I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but I have been going to this Rita's for over 2 years now and tonight was my worst experience. Usually went we go we are meet with a super nice gentleman. Tonight it was a female employee we haven't seen before. We waited patiently behind a family as it was busy. When we got up to the front both my husband and I had to repeat our orders because she didn't hear us the first time.
