We have been coming here for 20 years. Back then it was called Ventana Tire and Auto. The name has changed but the quality of the work is still top notch at very competitive prices.
They always go above and beyond in customer service! We are so grateful to have a place to take our vehicles to that we know is honest, reliable and won't overcharge us.
We highly recommend their services. We are fortunate to live in Rita Ranch and their location was very convenient for us distance wise. They are honest, they care about their customers and it shows through their work. They also offer military discount. They have been servicing our vehicles since we moved here a year ago. Unfortunately, it's time for us to move again due to my husband retiring from the military. We hope to find decent auto mechanic in Upper Michigan. We will truly miss them.
I highly recommend these guys. good honest folks with fair prices. I even seen them fix a few minor things for people that came in for something totally separate for no charge. even though it's just an adjust this or tighten that, that stuff can be huge for someone that doesn't have the abilities or means to do it themselves. thanks Terry!
I called Tuesday to make an oil change appointment for 10am Friday. They said they just do walk ins. I asked how long it would take for the appointment. They said an hour. I blocked 2 hours out of my work schedule for this. Arrived at 945am with Barely any vehicles in parking lot and at 1200 now with a full lot they still hadn't touched my truck. We left and now I'm headed on a huge road trip Monday and will have to just get an oil change on the road thanks to this.
Just scooped my SXS today from the shop after doing the 1000 mile service ... Terry and the team did a spectacular job on her and she runs like a champ. Oil change and differential fluid ... even used the oil I personally requested ..! Went over her with a fine tooth comb and lubed the chassis as well.. if you have a RZR, Can-Am, Yamaha, Kawasaki or any type of side by side take the time to go in and get an expert service from a locally owned and operated shop that looks forward to making your next trail ride a blast .!
