Waited three weeks for my appointment. They called and offered an earlier appointment because someone had canceled. I was working and was not able to take that appointment, but in the process they canceled my original appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told I would have to make a new one. The clerk was rude and didn't offer an apology or anything. I won't go here again.
Please beware! Walmart Vision Center/Clyde Eyecare & Associates and Rita Clyde may be listed as a In-Network provider with your vision insurance, but they don't like to submit claims or deal with insurance, so they will say you are not covered after the services rendered. They will say you are covered, then after the exam they will not work with your insurance. They also require several hours long appointments to finally receive your eyeglass or contact prescription.
