I placed an order for replacement shocks with this company several weeks ago and still haven't received my product or an email confirmation like they promised. I've called several times, left messages when the mailbox wasn't full and even tried to contact them by email and still haven't gotten any responses! I've contacted my bank to see how i can get my money back because its starting to sound like this was a big scam!

Ok, first off, if you're emailing them for service, you're doing it all wrong. I initially emailed them about rebuilding a shock, waited a week, and still hadn't gotten a response. HOWEVER, at that point I called and spoke with Kevin, who gave me an order number, asked my weight, and had me mail the shock in. A couple days later, Kevin called me back to tell me the cost, and get my billing info. 3 days later I had a rebuilt shock, calibrated for my weight. I've emailed them several times asking about parts I should buy for rebuilding my Judy forks. So far no one has returned my email. Piss poor customer service.
