I ordered a shock for me vintage Cannondale Mountain bike, they said that I have it on Friday, Friday came and went. Called back for a tracking number did not get one. Rebuilt my Fox5 suspension perfectly and returned within days!
I cannot recommend doing business with this company. completely unresponsive by email and phone for the last 3 weeks. how can you just ignore your customers and expect to stay in business?
This is an amateur, and very unprofessional ! It takes 1 hour to replace a seal on a shock, it took these people 1 year. Sent my shock in April 2017, got it back Februari 2018. And it wasnt even my shock, it was from another customer of them. It had a big scratch all around on it. I sent it back and 2 months later mister Kevin Risse sent me another shock back, not mine again. And it is leaking air now, they sell these shocks (Terminator) for 450euro. What a joke this Kevin is, shame on you!
Great service! Father had his fox float shock rebuilt after being told by other companies that it was too old. They did an amazing job- hats off to Risse Racing. He will definitely be a repeat customer.
I have an older Specialized Stumpjumper and these guys are one two companies who still service their brain shocks because of the proprietary inertia valve. The did a killer job and super fast, especially considering I shipped from AZ. Great job guys!
I called and spoke to Kevin late last year (2017) about rebuilding a couple older Rock Shox for my vintage bikes. After emailing him a couple pics of the shocks (per his request), I shipped the pair up to him from So Cal with an order number he gave me. Couple weeks later I got a call from Justin saying the work is done and they would be shipped the next day. Very happy with the work they did.
