Update October 2018: still no luck on actually getting the parts I ordered. I've had multiple phone conversations with Kevin risse himself and I still don't have anything, 21 months and counting. Iordered my part January, 2017 it is now 9 months later and no part. I've been able to get someone on the phone twice along the way. First time I was told a component was on backorder and it would take another month to get it. Kevin and Robert were fantastic. They were able to diagnose, correct and fix an issue in a Fox fork turned down by 3 other shops/operations. All of that and it came in at 1/5 the cost of a similar fork. While not a 1 week turn around, quality takes time. Expertise is rare and getting back on my bike was the goal that they've accomplished in a matter of 1 month. Thank you to the team out at Risse Racing from Savannah GA.
Ordered a rear shock on July 5th 2017. Still showing in "pending" status. Please let me know what is going on with this order. I feel a little stuck as you are the only company that makes a product for my application. PLEASE let me know when this will ship as I have an upcoming race. If I cannot receive the product in time, I will cancel my order and request that Paypal return my funds.
