Pam was pleasant with me on the phone helping me understand my insurance set up, and even more pleasant in person when she greeted me at the desk. Dr. Hendrix and Dana were very caring and sharing when it came to my optometry needs. I will always shop with Walmart for my optometry needs.
I’m from out of town and was visiting a friend who broke his glasses. Without hesitation, the pretty ladies at Risk took him in on the spot and the visit was a hoot! Pam and Dana have a comic banter and are hilariously fun. They made the visit totally worth while. Dr. Alsaidi took great care of my friend and we were able to get glasses made next door the same day. All in all, superior service from start to finish. Dr. Alsaidi and the ladies Dana and Pam are amazing at this location. My husband came in for an exam and I was able to sit in the exam room so I knew exactly what was done and said! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!!
