I am writing this here hoping it gets to the right people the Jacksonville Marine Boulevard office is to whom This concerns my husband and I were waiting on a tow truck as well and though we would get my husband's eye exam done while we waited he just received the information by text about the tow truck and he was forwarding it to me when the doctor walked in he finished up quickly and before he could even say anything the doctor dismissed him prior to the appointment we did not receive any info about cell phone policies and... read more
While my exam was great and very fast, i have to leave a one star review out of the frustration Iv head to deal with since then. I got a exam in 6/21/2016.....2016! To this day i am still receiving a bill from the office because they are not filing my insurance the right way despite my numerous phone calls to them phone calls to both of my insurance companies getting a detailed exclamation of what needs to be done and relaying that back to the office. 25 months now and it’s still not figured out and i am still getting bills ... read more
The doctor my daughter saw was amazing. She is personable and just amazing with kids. I will be going there for all my children's exams. Even the staff was making her comfortable and playing and joking with her making her nervousness go away!!
Wonderful care, service and friendly staff! I will definitely recommend!
