Had to take my friend into be seen for an urgent need. I wasn’t even the patient and had to rave about the service. Dana’s spirit is the thing most businesses are missing. Her positive attitude and heart filled joy in caring for my friend must be shared. The atmosphere with her, Pam and Dr. Alsaidi is absolutely amazing. Genuinely concerned people with pride in what they do, and the quickest service around.
All I have to say is this place has all the makings of a once in a lifetime experience. The staff had the best attitude and most amazing service to boot. Keep up whatever you are doing Risk Optometric. Dana, Pam and Dr. Alsaidi are three examples of folks who love what they do and it is refreshing!!

Dana will make your day with her personable character and Pam is just as delightful. Dr. Alsaidi is great and has the best team of folks working with him. I highly recommend.
The staff at the Skibo location are Awesome! Pam and Dana always greet me with a smile and are so pleasant to deal with. There is usually little wait time when I walk in and the Doctors are always friendly and seem very knowledgeable when I have questions. My family and I have been going here for several years and would highly recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work guys and gals!
Amazing staff as well as amazing doctors!
Hands down, best folks around. Dana is a hoot. She and Pam have the most comical and wonderful working relationship. Dr. Alsaidi is so easy going and entertains with his friendly banter back with his staff. All in all, this is the most comfortable place to visit. Two and a half thumbs up! Keep up the good work, guys!
