From my experience with a man named Wade who is supposedly a maintenance manager I wouldn't do business with these people. That man has no idea how to manage a rock much less people. He is a greedy lying unorganised know it all who seems to take joy in doing petty things to the people who are just trying to make an honest living . He bragged about being related to the owners of this company and if that is actually true he only proves the old saying that you never hire family
I've spent 2 nights on this property. When you flush the toilet it only goes down stairs out the other toilet onto the floors. Go to your portal for maintenance. Its not possible when you don't have a decent phone signal.
