These people are definitely slum lords. My daughter has been calling to get her bathroom repaired where the whole floor has caved in and separated from the foundation to the point you can see the ground and outside. She has been told that they could not get to her because they are working on houses for tenant to move in and she lives in this house with two small children. seriously don't deserve the one star that I gave

Great place to rent from!! never had a problem. Very nice employees and repair and maintenance. Workers have been awesome!
I had a leak under my house, and it was almost Christmas time. My son was coming in home from the military and I was panicking! The maintenance crew at rising tide management came to the rescue and fixed the problem. They were very friendly and kind and knew what they were doing! Another wonderful Christmas at our home. Thank you so much! Dana L
Don’t even deserve that star!! Poor service..robbing people of hard earn money by patching up abandoned homes with faulty electrical wiring and poor plumbing
Would not recommend. They purchase run down abandon homes and patch them up. House eventually fall apart and they blame you. Don’t do it.
