Rising Phoenix was great and very professional in purchasing my mom's house and it was a pleasure to work with them and they were very helpful in the entire process. Highly recommend them if you need a quick sale.
Do not use this company!! Very unprofessional and does not communicate with sellers. They made me an offer and signed a contract, then backed out after three weeks into it with no explanation as to why. There were no inspections done or anything. They wasted three weeks of the time I could've had my house on the market. Now we have to start all over again. They ignored us the entire time. I am on the No Mail and No Call List and yet they are calling and mailing to see if my house is for sale. I will report them and let them be fined for violating the list. It is very obvious that they are not even looking at the list! If they can't follow the law on something as simple as this, who can trust them with a contract/their money!?!
