***** this company at all cost! **** ****** at Rising Phoenix Real Estate took advantage of my 78 year old mother. Rising Phoenix contracted on her home and 2 weeks later told us that they need to back out as the paid "too much" for my mother's home.According to their (Rising Phoenix) own contract, Rising Phoenix can only default on the contract due to a failed inspection.
