I love coming here, the classes are so fun, the instructors are amazing, and I am feeling stronger every time!
I tried the Aerial Hammock Snapshot class. It was so cool! Definitely want to come back and try some other classes. The instructor Barb was awesome. She was extremely helpful and eager to help us throughly enjoy the entire class and all the poses , as was her instructor in training. Great experience!
I went to Rising Goddess Fitness for the first time yesterday to do the Aerial Hammocks because I had a groupon. Waiting for the class to start, the other classmates were really friendly and welcoming. In the class, I was quite nervous about doing the tricks, but to my surprise I was able to do them all. I had a great time and look forward to going back. Both of the instructors were fantastic!!!
Beautiful studio, love the ambiance and the class structure is very creative. Great place to explore and learn aerials!
