My sister booked a Pole and Aerial combo class for my bachelorette party. I was super nervous, as we had a mixed group of girls - from conservative to super outgoing. It was the BEST experience. We LOVED our time and everyone talked about how it was one of their favorite experiences. The instructors tailored everything to our ability and comfort level. I cannot recommend Rising Goddess Fitness enough! All my girls said if they lived closer they would sign up for classes.
We had the best time here with our group of girls for a bachelorette party. We were able to have a private party and it was SO much fun. So personal and zero pressure. It was a true beginners class that ANY one could do WELL. Thanks so much rising goddess for accomadating our group so well! We will be back!

This is an amazing place to not only work your body but to center your soul and adjust your attitude!!!
Best decision I made with regards to trying something new... It is challenging but fun! 12 classes in with Pole Fitness and still excited about becoming a Pole Goddess one day!!!
