I tried the snapshot of aerial hammocks, and I loved it! It is quite challenging though! The teachers are very understanding of our varying levels of strength, ability, and experience. In only three classes, I've seen drastic improvement, and I can't wait to try aerial yoga :)
Michelle & Laurial are incredible instructors. I own a studio in WI and bring them up to my location to train my staff on aerial hammock. They give clear verbal cues and do an outstanding job of breaking down combinations into manageable chunks. I highly recommend studying with them!
What a fun, amazing, all around great experience. I was very hesitant at first but have tried all 3 Ariel fitness classes and can honestly say I love them all! I highly recommend this to any women looking to find herself again or just to be empowered! ❤ it!
