Just finished the third of my snapshots so I took an intro to Pole, Silks, and Lyra. All three classes were amazing. They really preach and practice body positivity, and I have left every class feeling confident and powerful. The hardest part now will be choosing which apparatus I want to stick with for regular classes because I'm definitely coming back!
My daughter has truly enjoyed herself in her Aerial flight class! It is challenging and fun. It meets her desire to learn new things, be creative and continue to improve her flexibility and strength. The instructors are warm and helpful. She absolutely loves going there! And I am jealous! Once I recover from my injury, I will take a class too!

The Aerial Hammocks and Pole Fitness classes are so much fun! Instructors are amazing! everything about this place is amazing!
