Daughter moved in this year, her sophomore year, and she loves it. Her apt is on the 8th floor with great view of campus and can even see Phoenix skyline from her living room. The 2BR unit has enough space for her and her roommate and is a high step up from the dorm from freshman year. This new construction has many nice amenities and although move in is always a challenge she is very happy here. Cost is reasonable for getting a new place that is modern and so close to campus.
This place doesn't even deserve a one star rating. Moral of the story is here nothing works. AC / Water / Fridge / Ice Maker. A new problem everyday! The real fucking problem that blows my mind is that I pay $80 a month for parking and I've had to park on the fucking street the last two nights cuz the parking garage is full. If you like being false advertised and paying top dollar for nothing to work then the RISE ON APACHE is the place for you!
Don't live here! I live in the one bedroom unit. Only moved in for 15 days since 15th, but experienced power outage, no water and no hot water, loss of Internet, and our unit's AC only works on the first day. The room temperature now is never below to 80 even the AC set on 70, we have requested sever times for maintained but still nothing changed. I always wake up in the very morning like 4 or 5 am because it's so hot for me. I really wish I can just move out here.
Move in was as smooth as it could have been, and I’m so excited to have my first apartment at Rise! Awesome amenities, couldn’t ask for more from an apartment complex honestly. This year is going to be awesome!
Move in day was relatively easy and the staff were very helpful! Looks like its going to be a great place for our Sun Devils!!
