Since opening Rise has caught it's stride and has begun to live up to the great expectations.
Biggest rip-off and disappointment in Tempe. Way over priced for rooms barely larger than a standard dorm room. Basic utilities consistently shut off for days at a time and the "luxurious" amenities only work about half of the time. Not to mention the management staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing, one employee gave me a number of a company to fix our cable which goes out after being on for five minutes, and the number I called had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't help me. Where's the water ?
Great management! Can't wait to live here the rest of my years at ASU. It is so nice being able to just walk to campus while also having a great view from my unit too. At Rise, there is super advanced amenities so there is always something to do!
