DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT RISE ON APACHE!!! This is hands down the WORST apartment complex in Tempe. Since moving in August 2017 the building has had non stop issues with everything from elevators, to appliances. In our apartment alone we have had over 20 individual maintenance requests for issues with our dishwasher, garbage disposal, washing machine, 2 different toliets. Confirming other comments here ~ residents have been without running water for more than 14 hours ~ AGAIN ~ that means no showers, no toilet flushing, no laundry, and no cooking. Elevators still an issue as well ~ buttons don't work on some and haven't worked for over a month. Common area conditions are a disgrace ~ hallway carpet was NOT cleaned during the holiday break. If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst place to live.
Horrible management. Water shut offs are a routine occurrence. Place is trashed. Paper thin walls. No Ethernet ports in bedrooms. Website is not updated. No guest parking. List can go on and on. They’re also increasing rent next year. Have shown no signs of improvement to increase rent for current residents.
