Do not live here. Most unprofessional staff I have ever met. No one has their stuff together. It is shocking how bad everything is. There is no accountability anywhere. Not to mention if you put in a service request, it won’t even get fixed after a month. Super thin walls. This place needs to give everyone 300 for the emotional damage it causes.

Really poor and incompetent management. Amenities are quite good frankly, architecture in the rooms? They copied and pasted the designs not caring about the location of doors etcetera. You want to add stress to your major? This is the perfect place for you. They will leave you without water repeatedly and for longer periods of time as promised, they will tow your car FROM YOUR RESERVED PARKING SPOT. I moved into rise this past January and the old management was awful. However now that the new management has taken over things have completely done a 360. Anything that would break, they would have it repaired either the same day or the next. Renee is the main office is amazing and is willing to do anything that she can to help make the residents happy and resolve issues.
I think living here has been awesome! The amenities are really nice and the Rise is so close to campus.
If Rise On Apache could get 0 stars it most definitely would. This place is atrocious and its 100% unsanitary and almost unlivable. Multiple friends of mine on multiple floors have reported seeing termites and bed bugs. There has been a puke stain on the hall floor in front of my door for months. Water shuts off randomly. Staff does not respect tenants privacy once so ever, have had them walk into my apartment without knocking at ungodly hours. Ive been sick for months most likely due to substandard building.
