Today I purchased my third Cadillac since 2010 from Rippy. (SRX - 2010, XTS - 2013, CT6 - 2016). I have returned because at Rippy, Job #1 for everyone I have dealt with is personal integrity and Job #1A is customer service. Excellent and credible people to deal with before and after the sale.
I have purchased many cars, never have I had such first class service as we did at Rippy. Vic, Todd, and Mike went above and beyond to see that all our needs were met. We will definitely return to Rippy in the future.
