I recently purchased an Escalade and my sales associate was Ben.......simply stated....OUTSTANDINg, made me feel like family instead of a customer. In fact everyone I came in contact there was very friendly starting off with the receptionist. Definitely a must if your car shopping
We recently purchased my 2020 CT5 from Rippy Cadillac,,,it was our 4th purchase. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. We saw this model in person with a 2.0 however we ordered a 3.0. Ben Howell was my salesman and could not have been more helpful. Ben kept me aware of the car production until I picked it up. At delivery he knew everything about the car there is to know. Pricing of the car was right on the money and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend Rippy,,,,and Ben,,,you won’t be disappointed!

I have never had a vehicle buying experience as i did at Rippy Cadillac. Todd Rogers was our salesman and he was beyond helpful. We were just visiting from out of state and stopped by Rippy just to get information about the new Cadillac XT6.
