RecommendedI recently purchased a preowned 2018 Chevy Suburban from Rippy Cadillac. Todd Rogers and Kyle Malkin made my buying experience at Rippy a great one. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and one thing I hate is spending hours upon hours in the dealership negotiating and playing games. Both Todd and Kyle were so easy to work with and very accommodating to my aversion to the typical car buying experience. I recommend Rippy Cadillac and both Todd and Kyle wholeheartedly!
Had my ATS in for a recall today, I was given a nice 2019 XT4 to drive as a loaner and when I picked up my car they had not only made the repairs but washed my car as well. Customer service gets a 5 out of 5 from me. On a side note, I've purchased 5 cars from the local Chrysler/Dodge dealership in 15 years, I only got a loaner once and it was an old used car and after that I was told they no longer offer loaners and would only RENT me a car, they sold me an overpriced extended warranty that didn't cover hardly ANYTHING and o... read more

We bought a 2015 certified Escalade from Rippy. It is by far the worst vehicle we have ever owned. It has been a complete nightmare.

Cadillac referred us to several Major Cadillac Dealers in NC. Contacted them all with what I was looking for and received best offers from all of them including a few like Hendrick and others offering Guaranteed lowest price or they would beat any price. Rippy's 1st offer was much better then any other Dealer and no one could come close to it.
