I normally use the car wash and have good experiences. The "hand wax" is random regarding the quality of service I receive. I was expecting a true hand wax and not a spray-on wax that is wiped off with a towel. I always leave with a great looking car so all-in-all I am satisfied.
It was average. Service there is not like it use to be.The staff is not as service orientated.
They do a great job with oil changes and I appreciate the carwash after they are done. They did, however, forget to do my inspection before the oil change and now I have to wait a week before I can have it done. This was somewhat aggravating.
