What can u do to improve my next visit? Lower the cost of an oil change....its only changing oil for crying out loud
I normally use the car wash and have good experiences. The "hand wax" is random regarding the quality of service I receive. I was expecting a true hand wax and not a spray-on wax that is wiped off with a towel. I always leave with a great looking car so all-in-all I am satisfied.
