Of all of the online dealerships I reached out to, Oscar and Rio Vista Chevrolet were the best and most responsive.
At first was good. Then after later emails, pretty bad. Tried to take advantage of me. Salesman told me this is the best price, later I see the car on Auto trader at $1000 less than what he had quoted me. I requested to contact the sales manager. It took him four days to respond. I showed him a brand new Cruz same features at $3500 less than his used one. He replies sorry for the delay and best we can do is take $500 off his car. Wasn't happy with this dealer, would not recommend them.
Highly recommend this dealership, they are honest and went beyond my expectations in standing behind my purchase years later. They even reminded us about maintenance and a small recall for the Saturn SUV. We were always given a brand new upgrade loaner car for our family when ever they service our car. I am hoping they can find me a second used car right now because I don't want to experiment with another dealership.
