I negotiated a deal online, including a decent value for my trade-in, all sight-unseen. Showed up and the deal was held as we both checked out each other's vehicles. Pleasant and Ernest in their efforts.
Never got a final follow up call back...were willing to deal...but we ended up buying at Folsom Lake Ford.

This is a first class group. The RIO Vista Sales folks are knowledgable and friendly, and the dealership is a nice place to do business with. I will buy a car from them again and I have already recommended them to a friend.
