Pre-financed it was a simple buying process
I was trying to make a purchase from 100 miles away. This meant that I wanted to be more than 99% sure that this is the vehicle for me before I ask them to deliver it since we're both risking money and time. They felt exactly the same, I believe, because my sales agent answered all of my questions fully and even pointed out some imperfections that might bother me. Great experience overall. The crew at Rio Vista are very transparent, upfront and willing to answer all of your questions. Aside from some of the most competitve pricing, they made the process very easy. Sydney was very communicative throughout the process. I was able to do the majority of the purchase process before even stepping into the dealership, and I was in and out of there in about an hour (most of which was just me chit chatting).
