Very thorough and thoughtful! With 3 kids and not a lot of extra time, Mr. Vonn was so courteous and worked around my crazy schedule as well as got our inspection info back to us the very next day. He evaluated everything right down to the missing screw in the door. He also met me with a friendly presence and talked to me as if we had known each other for years. Very professional and punctual, made it very easy for first time home buyers to understand what deficiencies were major and also broke down each fault by having images uploaded with graphics depicting the problem and location of it. These guys were outstanding. I really appreciated the honesty of his team service by not cutting corners. Awesome customer service! When Rinehart inspected my home, they discovered numerous discrepancies, the seller promised to fix. I reached back out to the Rinehart two days prior to my closing to get my home reinspected because I feared the issues were not resolved and they were able to squeeze me in with no issues.
