If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was a terrible experience for my partner and I. Having this be our first time going through the IUI process, we expected a fertility clinic to have bedside manner. Not only did this office lack empathy, they also never shared the billing process. Having my partner and I surprised to need to put a credit card on file the day of our appointment and as soon as we left being charged.
