Would highly recommend for those struggling with addiction! Huge kudos to everyone who worked there around Christmas of 2019! The staff and this program completely changed my life. It’s hard to imagine I am now celebrating over 1 yr completely clean and sober after being addicted to one substance or another since I was 12 yrs old. Thank you to everyone there! It wasn’t easy but it saved my life walking in those doors

Working there! They don’t treat the employees very well, they say one thing and than change there mind, they give promotions and then take them away, taking away a supervisor roll for no reason, for the amount that the clients pay or the insurance pays, the clients deserve better. The higher ups seem to all be doing great, but anyone else is just a pee-on. They are more focused on money than actual care of the patient and the work environment for their staff. No wonder they have such a high turn over rate!

Rimrock's program changed my life. The whole staff is incredible from the doctors to the nurses, counselors, case managers, technicians, secretaries, all the way to the kitchen and janitorial staff. Rimrock truly cares about its clients.
