He prepared 2 teeth for caps and caused a major infection which he didn't diagnose or properly treat. He cut my gums and caused great pain. Then he failed to trim the temporary acrylic caps he placed over the prepared teeth, leaving saw-like edges that dug into my gums every time I closed my mouth, causing much bleeding and lots of pain.
