Dr. Riley and his team are all caring, knowledgeable and friendly.
This is an update to a previous post. He told me I needed 3 cavities filled but I didn't see what he was talking about on the X-Ray. I had new x rays done at my old dentist and she found nothing. This guy is dishonest and looking to make money. Steer clear.
I went in for an annual exam, looking for a new dentist because I had moved. I had teeth cleaning and x-rays done. The teeth cleaning and x-rays were the most painful I have ever gotten, and I go to the dentist consistently every year. The equipment seemed old and the x-ray machine was "makeshift" such that the poor assistant had to bolster the xray machine with another piece of equipment so that it didn't swing away from the target spot. Dr. Riley has helped me tremendously. After suffering in a car accident I needed quite a lot of dental / medical assistance and attention. He and his staff have been great. I've been a patient for over 5 years, and the day after my first appointment Dr. RIley called me at home to make sure I was doing okay. He has also seen me on an emergency basis, that somehow his secretary, Melissa got he in for. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Riley and his staff.
Dr Riley's wise counsel resulted in a solution for my dental challenges after a half dozen specialists here and in NYC failed. He is the best. The staff is exceptional. I highly, highly tecommend this practice.
I have been going to Dr. Riley for the past 5 years. I had several cavities filled, 2 root canals and did not have a problem with them fitting. I had one small billig error which the insurance company did not pay for and I paid the difference. The staff is very personable and they remembered me since my first trip. I would definitly reccomend Dr. Riley to anyone looking for a dentist.
Told me that the insurance would cover a night guard then charged me over 300 dollars and sent me to a collections agency.
This Dr. is good. Dr. can usually structure treatment in a way that is budget friendly. (It may take a little longer but it can be done.) He can be a little serious at times but is very friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about patients. They are closed on one day a week but are open every saturday. All things considered, and having been to a few dentists in my day, I would choose this Dr. He offers a lot of services (ie whitening, imlants, general stuff and invisalign) and Summit is a great town.
Dr.Riley helped me over come my fear with the dentist he was very gentle and soft. I highly recommend him to people and I always do. He always returned my calls if I had any questions.
