My wait was understandable since I was squeezed in , due to infected tooth and my first visit. I appreciate the kind people I met and spoke to on the phone, including shelli even though dentists sre not my favorite people. Sorry.
Lynn is awesome as well as Darlene and Amy. I always feel so welcome and if they are truly glad to see me. I feel secure with this office and the staff and I'm not a fan of dentists and the visits by nature.
I don't have any recommendation at this time.
The new DNA bacteria screening is exciting and innovative. I am impressed to see this being offered here.
Darlene was kind and compassionate, did not leave my side through the extraction! Dr. Shellie listened carefully to my concerns regarding the anesthesia and without delay completed the extraction painlessly. She also presented a viable plan of care for my future dental needs that was organized and manageable. The dental hygienist was great, gentle, and positive in her assessment which gave me hope to reconcile my dental issues. I used to see Dr. William Riley when I was a teen and I have been seeing Jeff since I moved back here from MD in '06 and wldn't dream of going to anyone else. My husband sees him and my stepson when I can get him down here from MD. We love this office and all of it's staff! And the décor is AMAZING! Thanks for doing such a grt job!!!
Cathy was my Hygienist. I couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of my cleaning. She listened well, and offered advice that I took to heart. I want her to clean my teeth each time I come in!
Really like the job done by Hygienist named Susanne.
Staff is competent and friendly, making my family feel at ease.
