From the greeting to the goodbye, everything was in a courteous, professional manner.
Dr. Boucher and the hygienist that worked with her(I can''t remember her name) were wonderful!
Everyone there is so kind and polite. It is really a pleasure to go to the dentist.
Received great service once we were there, but were called, emailed, and texted because we were not there 5 mins after our appointment start time, but we arrived a minute or two after we recieved all the messages. We were about 8 minutes late but all of the communication was a bit overkill. Could wait until someone is at least 10 minutes late next time.
Emma was the dental assistant I had...she was EXTREMELY nice and made me feel very comfortable during my visit!!!
Lynn is very welcoming, friendly and best of all professional! It was as good an experience as a trip to the dentist could be.
It was a great first time experience! Renee and Dr. Brent Riley were awesome along with Dana and the other young lady at the front desk whom greeted me. Great to have a wonderful dental office in Lynchburg!
