My son had an appointment with a metabolasist the other day. 1) they called us earlier in the day to reschedule because the dr had something come up that she needed to get to. 2) the dr didn't have any idea as to why we were there. I was dumb founded. It was beyond ridiculous. The person at the front desk didn't know how to speak up, but seemed irritated when she had to repeat herself. But I will say the nurse and the nutritionist were very nice. That's it. Get it together Riley!
I went to Riley right after I was born and was seen till I turned 18. They are the reason I am alive today. They have the best staff I have ever been around, very caring. I am 45 now and still donate to this great place.
If i could give this hospital 100 stars i would. I cant thank the nurses and staff enough for what they did for my child.

Completely pleased with the lovely ER staff as well as the oral surgeon we met with. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
I absolutely love each experience. Every time we are here my daughter is treated With such wonderful care, they always give her gifts. I love this place, and they love kids!!
My daughter has been receiving care from multiple specialists at Riley since a few months after birth and it has been a wonderful, comforting experience. So glad that we live close to this wonderful hospital!!
