THis is the same as the National Anthem protests in the NFL. They claim that it is about black oppression. BULL CRAP! Just as players should have been fired. Because YOU as the employer not only have the right but the responsibility to set rules for conduct. If there were no rules, then everyone would do whatever they wanted when they wanted. Actions have consequences. You owe it to the patients and the local community served by the facility in which she's employed, to TERMINATE her employment immediately.
